HR salaries have climbed steadily across the board since the start of the year, with a notable increase in demand for HR generalists and increased activity at the senior end of the market. This information is based on data around salaries of 2003-2004 financial year placements and client questionnaries. We also found that learning and development offerred the strongest job opportunities in the short to medium term.
